"Great location" says it all. This is a quite good "second line" Tel- Aviv beach hotel, relatively small, but very well cared, stylish, tidy, clean, equipped. It's just across the street from the Independence park, but pretty long way from the beach....

Boutique building with contemporary and well-maintained rooms. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Old Tel Aviv Port Area.- Close to a pleasant child-filled park overlooking the ocean, dog-friendly beaches, and the beach promenade.

The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant with balcony and had all necessary facilities. An exercise room and free bicycles were right on spot. The location was magnificent, a short walk to Hilton Beach.

Homely boutique place with stunning location next to a beautiful park through to the cliff top, Tel-Aviv, and restaurants with good value. Marvellous views of the ocean from nicely decorated rooms. Had private bathroom and really friendly and super friendly staff who do n't know anything about customer service.

Excellent Breakfasts, and 5pm snacks and drinks downstairs.Comfortable and well situated for all amenities. We will certainly return.
Staff said there was no tourist Information office in the city, but I found one only 2 blocks away on the corner of Gordon and Ben-Yehudah. Also when I asked about he location of the Opera to attend a performance, I was sent to the Old Opera on the beach front. Fortunately I was able to still attend the performance. All requests for information were greeted with - look it up on the internet. Otherwise all was excellent.

The desk staff was extremely knowledgeable and more than accommodating in answering questions, arranging reservations at restaurants, getting taxis and recommending and contacting tour companies. The room and lobby were very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Very nice selection of items at breakfast and happy hour.
The bathroom was very small, and 2 people could not use it at the same time. The bathroom plumbing was "quaint" and the shower water pressure could have been better.
